To book your free round, please contact the course directly and mention that you’ll be using a The Golfers Club voucher. Please note that course availability is subject to change without notice. Please also ensure you read the Terms and Conditions applicable to each course before booking.
1 ) Choose the golf course you wish to play for free.
2 ) Call your chosen course and book a tee-time. Let the venue know you have a voucher.
3 ) Log in to your online account with either; username and password OR your email,
policy number and postcode.
4 ) Fill in your tee-time booking via your online account to complete your free round
voucher.
5 ) Once you have completed all the details you can print out your voucher to take with
you to your chosen golf course.
6 ) Remember to take your printed voucher and insurance schedule to the course. ENJOY
YOUR FREE ROUND!
Please note: When redeeming any of the vouchers at the venues you MUST also present your valid
Golf Insurance Policy Schedule and/or your Membership Card. The venues will not accept the
vouchers without this form of verification.

The voucher holder is entitled to one free round of golf. The voucher holder may bring a maximum of three playing partners who are all entitled to a 20% discount off the published green fee. You must telephone your selected course to book a tee time. Before you request the booking you must declare that you wish to use a Macdonald Free Golf voucher. The voucher must be redeemed at the golf venue chosen. The tee time booking must be made within 7 days of playing, not available on Saturday and Sundays until after 1:00pm. For Spey Valley, the voucher is valid for the Academy course. The voucher holder can claim a 50% discount off the published green fee for the Championship course. The 50% discount is also valid for up to three playing partners. For Portal, the voucher is not valid for the Championship course but the voucher holder can claim a 50% discount off the published green fee. The 50% discount is also valid for up to three playing partners. You and your partner(s) must at all times observe the dress code of the course(s) you are visiting. Certain golf clubs may require a handicap certificate in order to play the course, please check with the course first. This voucher is valid for the course, date, tee time and the named individual printed on the voucher only. Proof of identification may be requested by the club. It is the sole responsibility of the voucher holder to input the correct information to generate an accurate voucher and The Golfers Club or the golf club will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies. If you are unable to fulfil the tee time you have booked no refund or alternative voucher will be provided. Original vouchers only accepted, no photocopies or damaged vouchers are valid. A maximum of one voucher per two ball and a maximum of two vouchers per four ball are permitted. On redemption at the venue you MUST show your valid Golf Insurance Policy Schedule and/or your Membership Card. This voucher is non-transferable and not for resale.
